EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We accept exchanges and returns of products that have not been used/washed, within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the order arrives to you.

>> Send an email to contato.coletivodes@gmail.com containing:

- The order number;

- Name and size of the product; 

- The reason for the exchange/return.

>> We will answer your email with all the shipping information and next steps.

>> If the product is undamaged and without signs of use, the exchange/return will be approved!

>> The shipping costs we share with you!

- The freight to return the purchased product, is at your expense.

- The freight to send you the new product is at our expense!

>> In case of return, the amount will be refunded through the same card used for the purchase.

For payments made by Bit, the amount will be transferred back to you.

Remember that you can return/pick up any product directly from our address in Ramat Gan at no cost!

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

We take care that no clothes present defects or quality problems. But mistakes can happen.

In the event that you receive a defective garment, send an email to contato.coletivodes@gmail.com informing the product, the order code, the defect found and a photo of it, within a maximum of 3 calendar days after the receivement.

Wait for our response with the details for returning it (all shipping costs will be on us).

A new product in perfect condition will then be sent to you.

If the product is out of stock, we will contact you so you can choose a new one.
