EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We accept exchanges and returns of products that have not been used/washed, within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the order arrives to you. Just send an email to contato.coletivodes@gmail.com informing the product, the order code and the reason for the exchange/return.

The product must be sent back in the original packaging and with all tags on it.

When we receive the product, we will carry out an assessment to ensure that the product has not been used and does not show any signs of misuse. If the evaluation result is negative, you will be notified by email and it will not be possible to complete the exchange/return.

If everything is correct, you will be notified, also by email, and you will be able to choose a new product to exchange (following the initial purchase price or paying the difference in the case of products with a higher value).

The cost of shipping we share with you!

The freight to return the purchased product to us is at your expense, the freight to send you the new product is at our expense!

In case of return, the amount will be refunded through the same card used for the purchase. For payments made by Bit, the amount will be transferred back to you.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

We take care that no clothes present defects or quality problems. But mistakes can happen.

In the event that you receive a defective garment, send an email to contato.coletivodes@gmail.com informing the product, the order code, the defect found and a photo of it, within a maximum of 3 calendar days after the receivement.

Wait for our response with the details for returning it (the shipping cost will be on us).

A new product in perfect condition will then be sent to you. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you so you can choose a new one.
